The Alan Group has been involved in the construction of Walgreens Drug Stores in the state of Michigan since 1998. With the completion of 13 stores, we have experienced development of the buildings from prototype to neighborhood stores, to custom specialty stores built for the surrounding demographics. Project values range from $1.5 million to $2.5 million. Municipalities that The Alan Group has built Walgreens in are: Detroit, Warren, Lake Orion, St. Clair Shores, Highland Township, Hartland, Livonia, Shelby Township, Lambertville, Dearborn Heights, Waterford and Sterling Heights.
