Renovations took place on this 10,000 square foot warehouse to make way for a whole new building envelope. After gutting the existing facility, several offices, an open work space area and kitchen were added. A demising wall was constructed to separate the space from the newly remodeled warehouse. Exterior improvements included additional parking, fencing and electronic gates along with updated exterior lighting. The building was truly transformed into a modern, functional work space.
