This project consisted of constructing a new 25,000-square-foot dealership in Macomb Township. In order to comply with the owner’s deadline, this project was completed in less than 150 days. An extremely high degree of preplanning and coordination by The Alan Group’s management team allowed us to deliver the project on time and remain within the budget.
