Located on Coolidge Highway, the Orthopedic and Vascular Institute of Michigan houses a surgical center along with an urgent care facility. This was a challenging site to work on right from the beginning. Hidden debris and extremely wet conditions hampered progress with the sitework, but once under control, the building started to take shape. The surgical center features three operating rooms and ten prep/recovery rooms while the clinic has four exam rooms and direct access to the surgical center.
