Labcorp was a full remodel of an existing lab space, converting it into a completely new and different functioning laboratory. This included removal of all current air distribution and underground plumbing infrastructure while reusing as much of the existing equipment as possible. The project featured an aggressive schedule with less than 5 months to demo, rebuild, finish and commission the entire space. The project was successfully delivered on-time and under budget to a very satisfied client.
