The 60,000-square-foot building is located at 23 Mile Road and Schoenherr in Shelby Township, Michigan. Construction was completed in conjunction with a Walgreens Pharmacy. Having these two projects running simultaneously further complicated scheduling and coordination of trades. With 100% cooperation from all subcontractors involved, both facilities enjoyed an on-time grand opening.
