Located in Sterling Heights, this project was built in two phases. The first phase involved construction of a new Service Area along with a New Vehicle Delivery area. Phase two consisted of a new showroom, sales and office space. During the construction, the dealership remained open, further challenging The Alan Group to complete the project on time. Through a great deal of coordination and flexibility, the project was delivered as scheduled.
