The Union at Dearborn Student Union building was part of the overall project that added three, four-story student housing buildings across from The University of Michigan Dearborn campus. The Union at Dearborn Student Union houses a theater, fitness center, offices, basketball court, meeting rooms, self-service food area and nine, two-bedroom apartments. The open lounge area features warm and inviting finishes, with banks of televisions, gaming systems and Wi-Fi for student use. Detailed millwork and decorative floating ceiling accents complete the design. Working closely with the owner, The Alan Group was able to incorporate last-minute changes and also deliver the project on schedule.
