This ground-up 5 story apartment development is situated on a very small footprint right in the heart of a busy residential area. Safety measures were ever present during this strategic build. We worked side-by-side with the City of Ann Arbor to facilitate completion before the fall college semester began. The structure includes resident parking, retail shops, and apartments ranging in size from studio to 4-bedroom units. In all, the new complex consists of 65 bedrooms and 36 bathrooms.
