Riverside Commons, a HUD project consisting of 40 units, is an assisted-living facility located in Macomb County. This two-story complex was constructed on a very confining parcel of land with many environmental challenges. Through close teamwork between subcontractors, owner and architect, this project was successfully completed on time.
