Breadsticks was a build out of an existing empty space within Ford Field in Downtown Detroit. Challenges of a short timeline for completion, scheduling inspections during the holiday season, and coordinating construction activities to eliminate any impact to scheduled events proved to be an obtainable goal and a successful turnover for the client.
