Thanks to a very mild Michigan winter, commencement of this four story hotel began right in the dead of winter. This 106 room hotel included indoor swimming pool and spa, fitness area, business center, meeting rooms, lounge, dining area, bar and kitchen. Attention to details by all subcontractors involved produced a beautiful end product for the owner.
