The College Park Development is situated on an eight-acre parcel adjacent to Schoolcraft College. The Alan Group was awarded this project and was responsible for the demolition of existing structures, site utilities, earthwork, exterior paving, site lighting and construction of a new design-build 14,000-square-foot retail building.
