Coming in 2025! A new 5-story, mixed-use development in downtown Birmingham. The project will be “top down” construction due to the accelerated schedule. This will allow us to start building the vertical structure before we complete the below grade parking. Once complete there will be two floors of below grade parking, retail and office spaces, restaurants and two floors of upscale apartments.
