The Rochester Hills Surgery Center is a ground-up 3 story medical office building and surgery center. The main floor features two operating rooms, two procedure rooms, prep and recovery rooms, a nurses station, lounge and offices. Floors 2 and 3 are designated “build-to-suit” medical suites.
